Piper, how long have you been in the adult industry and what’s kept you passionate about your work? Yeah, thanks for having me. It’s great that you got puppies and doggies. I’ve been in the business for two years and I started it two years ago and I ended it after two months and then I just jumped back into it four months ago. So I’ve been involved for about six months. You left after two months. Why did you leave after two months? I left because my family found out who I was and what I did. Sorry, my family found out who I was and what I did and they were mortified. Ah, interesting. Well, tell me more about that. And I just jumped back into it because I love who I am. Yeah. So how did your family find out? And are we talking about your mom and dad? Well, I’d say my mother, my brothers, my daughter and my son and my sister, everybody, the whole town. But the inner circle was the painful one and I felt bad that they felt bad. I don’t know how exactly they found out, but I was alerted by my children that everyone was talking about me. And everyone was talking about me and I was just like, okay. And I had a lot of sort of tough feelings and hard feelings and I just had to let it go. I mean, I had to let the career go because I thought my family would be, well, I wasn’t sure my children would be able to make it like through that type of pressure. Interesting. Interesting. Tell me about your upbringing because I have a feeling it was rather conservative. My upbringing was pretty normal. I mean, I grew up with a larger family, brothers and sisters and I was a middle child and I was a tomboy. I always used to just play around and goof around and ride bikes and I was an outdoors person. I grew up, I mean, I’d say I grew up relatively in the lower end of poverty. Actually to this day, my mother works for me, so I’ve always employed her. Interesting. I’ve seen low and I’ve seen extreme high of wealth. Interesting. So your mom works for you now in this business? Yeah, she does. That’s interesting. So she was mortified and now she’s working for you. Talk about that. She wasn’t mortified. She just was shocked. My children were mortified. My mother had told me that she was my son and when I told her I was doing adult industry film and she said, "Oh my God, is that safe?" So that was her only concern, right? Yeah, it was my safety for her. Sure. Sure. Well, that’s the first thing a mom is going to think about. You’re a mom. I mean, they’re going to say, "Is my child safe?" Right? For sure. So how did she come to end up working for you? She’s always been like a nanny to me and somebody that helps around the home. I’ve since employed a lot more other people. She still works for me. She’s on my payroll, I should say. I no longer have her do any services in the home. I would say I used to lean on her more for that. Now she’s just on the payroll, but she’s been on my payroll for years and years. Okay. So you’re actually doing anything in your business? No, she’s no longer conducting. She used to sort of join photo shoots and help dress me up, which was a little bit weird, but... I bet. Yeah, it was fun because she’s quite eclectic. I mean, my mom’s cool. She’s got like purple hair and she’s just, she dances and she hangs out and she’s just a very natural, happy kind of person. So she fits right in well and I mean, I loved her with me because to work for me, you have to be my fan or you won’t work for me. So she was a true authentic fan and it worked for so long, but I just figured that I should just tell her that she doesn’t really have to earn her money that I just got out as I see fit or just weekly. Yeah, no, I get it. I get it. So how about the rest of your family? Have they come to grips with what you do? Yeah, they’re how about the rest of my family? They were, I mean, my brothers were told me I should go to church. Pray it out. I got it. Yeah, get on your knees and pray. And I mean, I’m kidding. I mean, my sister was always like in awe. She was never in shock, but she was in awe. What about your kids? Have they come to grips with it? I’d say they’re halfway there. They don’t like it. I mean, my son is 16 and there’s, you know, there’s young men around from 16 to 18. And it’s probably the hardest thing in the world to be a kid of a mother porn star. Yeah, yeah, especially at that age, right? It’s hard. It’s hard. I mean, I actually stopped doing it because I thought maybe he would kill himself at such a young age. Well, that’s how horrible the world can treat people in the adult industry. I can’t imagine what the world or social media has said to him. In fact, he doesn’t have social media. Yeah, probably very smart. But he’s got two sports cars and he’s 16. Well, there you go. What about your daughter? She’s 23 and she told me when I started, she’s like, mom, it’s the 20th century. Nobody cares. 21st. Yeah. Yeah, 21st. Good. Good. And I’m sure your son will get there too while he’s enjoying driving his two sports cars. Exactly. Yeah. I mean, how is it having children, especially with the son that age, how is it having a child that age in this environment with all the bullying and everything else? I mean, it’s got to be very worrisome. For sure. That’s why I quit right away. And once I knew that it was impeding upon his and her emotional state, I just stopped. I didn’t proceed for many months. He has to have a very, very close tight circle around him that has very trusted people just as I do. And so for him, he has to be very careful about who he selects to be around and in our home. I mean, we do have a very nice, large home. And so it’s quite the hangout home. Like every weekend, all the boys are over and they know. So what really is a good thing to ask me is what are they all doing his friends, Sarah, think, and not one of them has ever approached that. Well, I’m sure they’re fine with it. Oh, yeah, exactly. They’re like, oh, your mom’s cool, right? Yeah. I mean, they wish their mom was hot and cool. Exactly. Exactly. But, you know, but that’s not going to make it any easier on your son because he’d rather that that’s not the case. Exactly. So with, I personally seek a lot of life coaches and one of my life coaches said, it’s best that you keep him in reality with it. And I thought, well, that’s weird. And then he said, so it’s so it’s not just a complete secret. And so, you know, if I’m going to go to a show or a shoot or something, I should just say what I’m going to go do, but I’m going to work. And so to normalize it, basically, he said, to help normalize it so it wasn’t so abstract, I have interjected that extremely slowly and with caution because, yeah, males particularly can be much more sensitive, even though we think the females are. That’s not true in my in my life. Not in 2024 and soon in 2025, although this will run in 2025, that should give that disclaimer. But yeah, it’s not the case anymore, is it? No, we’re quite one gender minded, I think. And we forget that we are birthed with a lot of masculinity or femininity. So we it’s just it’s a sensitive world. And the males and the males that have lived in with this current day and age and and as their entirety, it’s only gotten worse because we don’t expect a lot out of our males with the emotional levels and states, but they are the most sensitive. That’s why I quit. What’s your take on young men these days? There’s been a lot of talk about that. Young men are I mean, there’s, you know, the 18 to 20 18 to 24 year olds are extremely fragile. They’re very fragile. I’d say 24 to 30, they’re starting to kind of live and feel a little bit better about being alive. It’s really hard to be young in this day and age. I think it’s because of all the COVID and the restricting of school and humanity. And so the young people actually are suffering like really bad. And I see it and that’s why I do a lot of mom, I do mommy play, but I’m also a caring a caring human. And I want men to I want to send men home happy so that they can be happy and nice to me and my family. I believe most of the world is kind. Most of the world is very kind. There’s a few bad dirty eggs, stinky eggs, nasties. Hey, I’m kind of nasty to you, but really, really though, in a nice way, in a nice way. I mean, I’m definitely not addictive or my power would be unbelievable. And then there’s, you know, the men that are 30 to 40 that are still kind of struggle because it’s not that cool anymore to not make money. But nowadays money is unrealistic and a bit unachievable for most people. And so it’s harder to get than we put the pressure on. We pressure our men, our men, their hunters, their providers, their man of masculinity. Spartans think Spartans think, you know, hunting in the woods. And then we think then the man kind of remembers that even if he doesn’t know that visually, but his body is born like that. So 30 to 40 when men start to not make it successfully, they become they become broken. When they’re 40, they become broken. And then 40 to 44, they, if they haven’t met levels of success, they’re really, they’re really hard on themselves. A lot of suicides at that age actually and 18 to 24 currently. And then if they get past that, see the reality is the golden years for men. This is my true, honest opinion. I’ve sat with at least 10,000 one-on-one private, personal, vulnerable hours with great men. And the golden years for a male is, I’d say it’s 55 to 70. Yeah, I’m there. Yeah, that’s true. That’s good to hear. Yes, I promise you that’s the reality because I’ve sat with many, many, many, many, many, I know. Okay. That’s an interesting take. You know, you mentioned something else. You talked about how unkind people outside our industry are to people in our industry. And when we deal with it every day, bank accounts being closed and all of the government... Photographers quitting government, not allowing us to pay taxes, unaccepting of most of the world, but some of it is payable, right? I mean, only fans made a dent, but people are quite ill mannered towards adult industry when the reality is, is the number one brain receptor of pleasure is intimacy. And so we forget that that really rules us on our day-to-day activities. And to not have that, to not make people like me, I’m a vulnerable person by showing people that I enjoy sex. I love my body and I deserve to love it, however I love it. And as long as I don’t do things, you know, mannered or illegal or unconsented, I’m fine. And I should be like... Others should strive to be like me, which is freedom of sexuality. And that is fair and that is honest. And I don’t do it in an vindictive, quiet way when most everybody else and their everyday normal jobs and even high priority like government jobs and CEOs, they wear 10,000 masks and they move them fast, but I don’t have to. That’s so true. Yes. We’ve got one political party that talks about banning porn. That’ll never happen. Men will riot. That’s funny. That’s funny. And you know, the reality is, is that would probably wake the world of the industry. See, my new target audience is females. It’s fair that they have that much education of what I know. It’s fair that I express that. It’s fair that I say that I love my life, that I am beyond lucky. I am blessed beyond measures because I’m my true, authentic self. I so happened to hit a gold mine four years ago, or not four years ago. I started only fans. So I’ve been an adult porn two years, but I started only fans before I became into the adult porn. And I was an impromptu actor towards the camera. I loved it, but sorry, I got ranted. I tend to do that. Can I just say one quick thing that I am, I currently am branded myself as a sex expert. Because I am. And so I do think that if you ask me about a sex worker, whether it’s porn or stripping or the other, says that I’m a provider. If you ask AI, it says that I am a sex worker, or providers, and some of them use their hands. And those are not accepted globally, but most other countries do it. You know, I use my hands, I use my body, and I so happened to make money, you know, starting with only fans. I so happened to make money doing it. And I thought all those years I was a dental hygienist, going in the break room, warming up my food. I looked in the mirror and I told myself that I should be naked drinking champagne. And I told myself that’s the only regret I have in life is that I didn’t listen to myself. Yeah, that’s true. So what do you consider to be your biggest achievement so far in your career? In my career. My biggest achievement is that I have 100% freedom of sexuality due to the things that I’ve done to get there. I have 100% freedom of my sexuality. Now the true natural achievements, I mean, I make a lot of money. I mean, whatever I do when it comes to this industry, I make a lot of money. So yes, I mean, I’ve bought in homes and cars and I have bought my mother two cars. You know, I’m a very generous person. I do believe you pay it forward. I do believe it with money, with kindness. And I mean, I’ve been on some great shows, you know, like Naughty America, which I happened to shoot with the same gentleman over and over and over. And you know what? It’s true. People see charisma, karma and passion. People want that. And that’s why I was booked with the same gentleman over and over and over. And how cool, man. It’s like Hollywood. Except Hollywood lies more. Well, of course. But when people have chemistry, they will book them together again. There. That was smart. Especially in the old days, they did that. They were a lot of actors and actresses or two actors or groups of people that they would book together. And I don’t see quite as much of that anymore, but there’s still some of it. Interesting. I mean, I would say I’m much, I am absolutely new. I probably know more about real movies than adult film movies. But I do know that back in the day that what was quite interesting, which I would love to see more of is actual movies with peer passion and intimacy. Like, I would like it to be more relative. As I, so two months ago when I rebranded myself as Dr. Piper, I used to always play mommy. However, I am a mother of 100,000 men and I want all of them to be great young men at the core of my body. And so when I rebranded into Dr. Piper, what I realized was that the way that they, the film industry, now this is going to sound harsh to a lot of people, but I realized that I don’t like the porny acting in, in the adult film work. Well, yeah. What acting? Yeah, exactly. What acting? And so I, that’s when I realized what I had done with my life and how I become an expert in men and not women, but men. And that’s when I rebranded and I thought, Oh no. See how I carry myself is very classy. I dress nice. Like, I dress like a mom. I’m not a complete bore at my fucking big island over there. Am I privately never in this home, but everywhere else, you know, where I can conduct myself in that way. I’m going to do that because it’s, it’s my body, my life. As it should be. Thank you. Yes, agreed. So the backdrop about the old movies and all that is it’s like, well, well, we’re missing that. You see, because of social media and because of, you know, us conducting ourselves in many clips of three, three seconds at 30 seconds, that’s the fast, that’s the longest porn clip we can have on there. It won’t get any likes. They won’t even pay attention to it. So in this world of 30 second minimums of my, of my trailers, that’s how long they are on Twitter. We don’t put them on longer. Nobody does. It’s the industry standard. And so, well, with that being said, you know, we’re so used to just fast, fast, fast, but we forget that there’s, there’s pleasure in emotions and smiles and just eye glancing and any, in petting each other, petting hair, rubbing hair, kissing, you know, other types of oral things in all of this still should be done. We don’t even see oral sex in porn anymore. We barely see it. Isn’t that randomly odd? If we don’t kiss, we don’t have oral sex, but the girl sure sucks. And we sure get on our knees. No problem. I mean, no problem. It’s fun. It’s really fucking empowering actually. More women should do it. You would own your man, you’d own your way. I’m not going to disagree with that. Yeah. You know, that’s very interesting because, you know, I just got to say, like, I should get a little more props in my industry due to the fact that I really am a milf. But I find myself that I should be in the milf and the mature category because a lot of the moms that do, that do the milf role play, they’re not really moms. They shouldn’t have the M. Yeah, that makes perfect sense. How do you maintain authenticity in your content while role playing? Oh, well, first of all, how do I remain? Well, I try not to be anybody else but me. And so I remain authentic because I can’t be anybody else and I never compete. So I don’t compete with other people in my mind or with other women or other men. I love being the Piper Slut that I am and I’m fucking good at it. You’re the best at being the Piper Slut, right? I am. I hope so. I think you’re the only one that would make you the best. What are some of the main kinks or fantasies you like to explore in your work? Yeah, so in my work, can I say what I like to explore first in my private? Yeah. People cannot relate to pain when it’s like a forced or if it’s not natural, natural pain where it’s like, I’m crying because like, oh my God, my dog. You know, but if you’re forced to do it, then it’s then people turn the TV, they turn the channel. So that goes the same with passion. And I guess I didn’t, you know, it didn’t dawn on me like the pain with the emotions of love making and you know, people want to make love. Why do people watch porn? Well, they want to maybe jerk off real quick and some people are extreme kinks, but most people want to connect. And sometimes they connect with me on camera and I feel that like I actually feel the energies of everybody coming at me all the time and it makes me so powerful. And I’m, thank God for my, thank God for my fans and the love they give me. Some people shoot me extreme strength and probably lots of men pray for me to be a great leader. It’s really great to hear you say and really appreciate the people because I think you’re in the minority there. I don’t think that many of the performers think of their fans first. Yeah. I mean, that’s maybe it’s just a lack of that they, they’re uneducated about it. I educate myself. I constantly am training. I’m training my brain. I’m training my emotions. And, and you know, I, I happen to have a life coach that’s in Tel Aviv, Israel, who’s a Buddhist Jew. I have a different worldly perspective. Yeah. And he knows what I do and guess what? He’s my fan, but he doesn’t, he’s, I don’t know if he’s my fan. I’m sure he is, but he doesn’t bring that up. He compartmentalizes. He puts that in a box and he, we educate each other through truth and reality. And so I have a different vision. So I’m sorry, going back to what you said, it, it breaks my heart that people don’t realize how important it is for us to connect with people. And if, and if these, these performers have become successful off a million followers, they better do everything in their power to make sure to give back that power with even not just their words, but with their energy, you know, their smiles and what they do. And they better be thankful because all can be taken. And I know that. And I’m so thankful for people like my fans. My fans, the people that love me truly love me because a lot of people hate me, but a lot of people love me and they love me hard and they want the best for me. And I feel it, you know, and I’m so thankful. It’s just like, thank you, thank you fans. Like if any of my Piper boys, I call them my Piper boys actually and they say it, they love it, you know, they want to be my boy. They want to make me happy. They do anything to make me happy and want to tell you something else. Some of my sons friends, they try their damn best to make me happy because they believe in me, but they have enough respect to not say a damn word about who I am because they want me to be successful because I buy them clothes. I took two of them shopping tonight. They work for me. They do things for me. That’s the kind of person you are. That’s wonderful. You talked about your favorite thing to do personally. What’s your favorite type of scene to film? Scene to film, like somebody filming me. Well, yeah, like solo boy, girl, girl, girl. We said group, you really don’t, you’re not that much into it as far as doing it professionally. So what are your favorite? What’s your favorite? I mean, a good old boy girl has always really just sent you will. You know, I’m a person who likes to be very one-on-one and ever present to the utmost. So it’s hard to interject a lot of other people unless you’re like partying and doing it. You know, if you’re being intimate with just one, one-on-one, it’s just so much easier. It’s hard to have a third wheel, a fourth wheel. It’s better to have four than three. So I feel like producers need to have like two boys, two girls, two four boys, four women, situations like that. And I do, okay, I’ll tell you something. I do like bisexual guys who are more kink-minded and open-minded, sexually adventurous. So that means because I play the mom role or the boss role, that means if two guys are that, I like on a film or four guys, I’d like to have them do things and kind of control them with that dictatorship. Well, I don’t know if that’s a proper word. That was a little harsh. Only if you spell it D-I-C-K, but yeah. It’s hilarious. I’d rather sell merchandise. I mean, it’s an interesting dichotomy to start thinking about selling merchandise. It’s like hitting a plateau level of great success. Being able to sell merchandise seems like I will get there, but it’s such a big leap. You know? Well, you may be there. You might want to try it. Never hurts. See what there’s a demand for. Maybe a Dr. Piper stethoscope or something like that. Oh, that’s genius. Wow, give me five minutes. They don’t call me a marketing genius for nothing. What’s one thing your fans might not know about your off-camera life? Oh, sorry. I’m kind of a nerd in the aspect that I do a lot of educational things with myself. And I’m learning. I’m reading. I’m watching documentaries. I’m educating myself on how to make proper decisions within certain software or apps. So I also, yeah, so I’m kind of adored like that. And I must have a lot of downtime because I’m preserving who I am as well. That’s good. That’s really good. Balance is so important. So important. Yeah. I’ve seen a lot of people who are talented. No, I haven’t been in it forever, but I mean, I’ve seen a lot of reckless male and females that are not taking care of themselves, not loving themselves. And perhaps maybe shouldn’t be in the industry if they’re not emotionally strong enough at that point, not that they can in the future. But some people have to take breaks or find if this is really what they want to do. I see sometimes there’s like, you know, extreme drug use and things like that. And that’s really good. That’s going to age you fast. And you’re going to be unbalanced and unhappy. And you know, and people think like, oh, go party. Like even like if I get going to go to this show, it’s like, you know, I will go show up at a party, but I will give myself an hour limit. I will be present and then I got to go. That’s me. That’s me. And I rarely go to late night parties at events anymore because I’ve found that it’s a net negative. But I used to just show up for an hour. Now I get to sleep. My wife’s often with me at shows and I go to sleep and I’m fresh in the morning and I can get up and do business. So yeah, I mean, you can’t throw yourself off anyways. You know, it’s like a night of alcohol is so it’s wonderful that you can, you know, it’s a good idea to take your wife with because then you’re like, yeah, she’s got to go. We go to dinner. Yeah. And we get to we get to the evening and we go to dinner and we go, we go back to the hotel. I mean, sounds boring. But you know what? We enjoy ourselves and then I’m with it the next day, especially at that six. I’m turning 67 this week. So I mean, it’s not like I’m a spring chicken anymore. So oh, yes, you are. Happy birthday. It was nice to hear you tell me I’m in my prime now. So this is good. Well, I mean that. You know, I mean that. I could tell. I could tell. Yeah. You’re, if anything, you’re authentic and I think that’s very important. I don’t have time to waste time. Time is the utmost value. Time equals currency and currency. So my time, there is no price tag on my, my time because it’s very limited. And so I must preserve that time. And you sounds like that’s what you do. It sounds safe and healthy. And like you’re able to conduct yourself and we need people that conduct themselves and be punctual and do business. The world has gotten lost with business. I mean, people can’t even do their jobs. I have a lot of people work for me and I babysit every single one of them. Good thing I’m a boss because I sure have to scold people. A lot of people who don’t like to work for me. Sounds like you’re more of a mom. Yeah, exactly. I’m being a mom. I’m trying to help. It’s like, come on. Yeah. No. Mom, boss, doctor, I think it all works out the same. I think I got it figured out. Oh, can I tell you how two of my son’s friends who’ve been around for years and years and years and I am a very, very strict stepmother to them. I called them my extra son. So today I figured out two of them, what was wrong with them. And one of them I said, oh my gosh, I figured I’m going to just call him Mr. M. He is 18. And I told Mr. M. I said, I figured out what’s wrong with you. You like pain. Who taught you to like pain? Who told you that that’s what you should accept in your life because he’s a glutton for pain? He doesn’t even know it. He doesn’t realize it. He always starts things and he takes a lashing for it because whether it’s emotionally or physically, he’s kind of always the one bullied. And I taught him how to breathe. I told him that he was going too fast and that if he goes that fast that he will always suffer and be in pain because when he says things and does things, he says them kind of dangerously and people don’t like it. And so he hurts himself over and over whether it’s emotionally or physically. And I told him in front of another 18 year old, no, no, he’s now 19. And the other kid, I told him what I thought he had going on. I said, no, I do this to help you because I love you because I won’t be here forever. And I do this for you to pay it forward to me. You’re going to be a loyal friend of mine for me telling you the truth. There’s part of the doctor stuff. There you go. And mom stuff. And mother stuff. What do you enjoy most about interacting with your fans on social media and what do you enjoy the least? I think if people have weird negative comments about me or anybody that I don’t actually take it personally, I feel bad for that person. So I think that humans should ask themselves if that’s all they feel before they become little jerk offs. I love the way you put that. Yeah. Little jerk offs. Literally. I’m not going to talk to my shit if you’re going to be rude, which is so such a reverse psychology. And they don’t even know that they’re reverse psychology in themselves. They should just simply say, I think that you’re ugly slut. And I’d say, well, why do you think that? And actually that’s how I respond every time I say, please tell us more because I’m interested in the mind. The mind works the penis. If the penis doesn’t work, it’s because the mind is fucking in a twisted nut and they need to just simply relax because it’s natural. Well, what do you enjoy about interacting with your fans? I know when people are being authentic. I know when the men are lying to me and when they’re being authentic. I like when they say things like, you really are made for sex. The guy told me on Twitter today, he said, you, your body and your mind, you are made for sex. And I said, thank you. Thank God for doing that in my plastic surgeon. My broker tip today is part nine of what to do to make your site more valuable for when you decide to sell it later. Last week we talked about what information to provide a potential buyer. Here’s more. Tell them what’s special or different about your site. How’s it unique? Make sure and include a list of all the websites you’re selling in addition to any domains that come along with the sale. Is there anything that adds value to the sale? Provide them with any additional information upon request. Before giving a buyer any information, have them sign a non-disclosure agreement. If you use a broker, the NDA will be provided for you. Good brokers like, oh, I don’t know, adult site broker, have a large resource of potential buyers that are looking for properties just like yours. And they know how to deal with potential buyers. They’ll also negotiate the terms of the sale, such as price and any payment terms. Before closing the sale, find a good escrow service to make sure that both the buyer and the seller are protected. We have those resources, of course. Let’s talk about some of the factors that influence the sale price of a website. Number one is always profit. It will be a multiple of the profit, and that multiple is based on whether the profit is trending up or trending down, and how fast it’s trending up or down. I’ve seen valuations of as much as five times, although that’s very rare. Normally, it’s in the two and a half to four times area.
